Charles, thier Senior Technician showed up to diagnose the issues I was having with my new garage door that was installed last spring of a home I recently purchased in November. Charles explained everything in detail as what was going on, as the previous company that installed the new garage door last Spring did not tighten all the bolts, which one snapped off when he tried to tighten it, due to the stress the door had put on the bolt. This previous company also installed a spring that was under rated for the weight of the door, which was causing the door and motor to stress and bind when going up and down over the last year. After I gave Charles the go ahead he installed a new lifetime warrenty spring, new rollers and a bottom seal. All issues are fixed and the garage door operates like it should......nice and smooth 😎 If your looking for a new garage door or repairs look no further than Twin Garage Doors!

Our garage door broke and we were locked out of our garage altogether. I called Twins Garage Doors and they came out the very next day. Nicholas got into the garage, figured out the problem and gave us a couple of ways to fix it, and what it would cost. We chose what we wanted and he fixed it the same day.They are respectful and their prices are reasonable.We recommend these guys highly.

They got me on the schedule the same day I called and then Nicholas called me and told me he was ahead of schedule, so the work was all completed within just a few hours of my call. He didn't try to upsell me and he gave me a lot of useful information about what the problem was, what was NOT a problem and options for the service I'd receive. Very happy.

Our garage door torsion spring broke on Friday night leaving it inoperable. I contacted Twins Garage Doors that night and they were able to come out on Saturday to repair. Nicholas arrived right at the scheduled time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough inspection of all components on the garage door and gave me an estimate with different options and explained each in detail. I approved and he was able to complete the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Once repairs were completed, he went over the work he completed with me and showed me how to properly lubricate the garage door.Would definitely recommend Twins Garage Doors. Very thankful Nicholas was able to come out on a weekend and fix our broken garage door on short notice.

I had a spring break in the morning on the day before the coldest day of the year. I contacted Twins Garage Doors and got a response back within a few minutes explaining their trip charge, which is waived if you have them do the work.The tech called me with his arrival time, which was early in the time window I had been given. He showed up when he said he would, checked everything out, and gave me options for parts and services he recommended.Once I approved the work, it was done in good time and the tech walked me through the recommended lubricating to ensure I get maximum life of the door.This was an excellent experience and I would use them again and recommend to others.

Nicholas came out and fixed my spring, door bracket, cables, and the rollers for my garage door on a Saturday so my car wasn't locked in the garage all weekend! We didn't desperately need to get it out right away but they offered a same day repair, which was really really nice. It didn't take much more than an hour to get it all done, which was also a big surprise. Thanks!!

The spring on our garage broke and it was impossible to raise the door. Charles came and within 2 minutes he saw the problem.. He went through all the choices of new springs and answered all out questions. I would hope that Charles would be the person to return if we had more issues. He was EXCELLENT. LOVE HIM.

The initial service call was for a failing garage door opener, but the service provided went above the diagnostics and replacement. Nicholas did a great job of providing information on the prevention of future issues and performed maintenance on all the mechanisms of the garage door. Service call was early, clean, thorough, and efficient. Additionally, Twins fixed and tuned up a previous company's service which had been hastily done. Our new belt-driven opener is silent and works so smoothly we wish we would have replaced the old chain-driven, metal-wheeled one sooner.

I called them to get my garage door springs replaced after one snapped. They came on time and explained me the options for the replacement that included warranty years and life of the springs. And after I picked my option they started getting it fixed and took them a couple hours. The options for my springs ranges from about 550$ for the low end, 750 for mid and maybe about 1000$. Also got my lift cables replaced for $100 and was told the rollers might need change eventually. They didn't try to sell me anything but just gave me their thoughts on my old door. I'm not sure if it was expensive or not as have never replaced the springs before but at least the service was good and supporting a local business. Adding to my original post, I got a free tuneup and inspection a couple months later!
