Charles called to arrive earlier than the scheduled time of arrival. He examined the entire system, springs, door, hinges, rollers and opener. He replaced broken springs, a cracked metal hinge rollers and a dangerously damaged door opener track and support. We now have a new quiet system with a motion detector, app with camera capability. Thank you,our vehicles are no longer trapped in the garage.

Charles did an amazing job fixing our garage door. Super nice and helpful.He managed to come the very same day we called him. After inspection, he provided several options, all reasonable prices. We chose to replace the lifter, he did it in no time, saving us the trouble of having the door broken over the weekend. He also cleaned up the area after the job.I would definitely recommend Charles and Madison Local Garage Door Pros.

Our garage door was squeaky and sluggish after an accident. Charles thought replacing the rollers would help. I was a little skeptical at first, because I thought the main issue was the warping of the old panels. But I’m very happy that I trusted him. The door moves smoothly and quietly now. He did a very nice job and I’m sure that I’ll call him again in case of future troubles.

These guys were great - I had someone accidentally back into my garage door and render it inoperable (meaning I couldn't get my car out). These folks came out very quickly and scheduled a repair as quickly as they could. Additionally, the guys were polite, prompt, and very capable. Unreserved 5 stars for them!

They were able to come check out my issue the same day I called. Taylor was very nice. He walked me through all the options available to fix my issue and I decided to get a whole new door which he was able to complete the following day. He went over some simple maintenance I can do myself a few times a year that will keep things lasting longer, which I really appreciated.

Charles was very nice, knowledgeable and on time to fix my garage door. I thought the price I paid was too high but I needed the work done that day so , what could I do? I am a first time customer and wish they would have offered a new customer discount to be more competitive with other local companies. I was in a bind and that would have helped me and left me feeling more of a valued customer.I would still use this service again in the future.

They were extremely professional, provided quality work, and offered to replace my garage door the next day due to safety concerns (old garage door did not close). I am a nurse and work long hours, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. A few days after installation, I had a minor question about the door. Again, they were very responsive and came back to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this Team.

Had a random issue that the door would not close intermittently. I knew it was not a sensor issue. Twins was one company to call me right back for an appointment, and it was the next day! One other company did not call me back for 3 days.Charles was very patient, since of course, the door worked perfectly when he arrived and started. After about 10 tries, it showed up. Charles was very thorough in all of his checks and tests. In the end, it was isolated to a bad connection or board issue.Recommendation was to replace. After my research on the issue, and the costs, I concurred and called back later in the day. They were able to fit in the replacement the next day!All interactions with Charles and office were fabulous.Also note, these belt drive openers are SO much better than the commercial chain drive ones initially installed (Craftsman…)Highly Recommended.

Great service!! Arrived as scheduled and even texted to give me a heads up. Charles was great to work with and did not mind answering questions. Repair work was done quickly but not rushed. Would definitely use this company again. Very reasonably priced--compared to other friends that have had repair service to their garage door. Emailed the receipt so no paper used.

Excellent customer service! Called at 7 pm for a next day appointment to replace a broken torsion spring and was told a technician would arrive between 7:30-8:30 am. Charles arrived right at 7:30 the next day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix our door immediately.

Great experience- I highly recommend! Our garage door wasn’t closing well, got stuck often and we didn’t want to keep worrying that it wouldn’t shut at all. Charles came out, explained the problem clearly and options for repair, and gave a quote to fix it. We scheduled the maintenance quickly for a time that was more convenient. He came out, fixed and explained everything, and did some additional work to make sure that the garage door will run smoothly for a long time! Great service, great communication and reasonable price.

I am thoroughly impressed with Local Garage Door Pros (Twins Garage Doors). They were quick to provide a reasonable quote, make multiple changes to it, and do the installation on time. The entire process was smooth with lightning quick responses to my questions/emails. Charles was wonderful to work with and very professional. A few days after replacing the door, I wrecked it. They were able to fit me the same day so I could take my car out in a couple of hours. I highly recommend them in the Madison area. Look no further!

Brandon was great. He wasn't able to fix the issue, but it's the fault of a 20+ year old, badly designed garage door, not his. He explained the issue and my options. We'll be calling again once we're ready to replace the door.*Edit* A year later and still 5 stars. Called them Sunday when the garage door finally needed replacing. Charles was out on Tuesday to quote the job and replaced the door on Friday. Excellent work and quick service

Super fast and friendly service! Tried to repair but the unit was old and instead needed to be replaced. Gave great recommendations for how to proceed, which I ultimately followed. This company has FANTASTIC customer service. On a Sunday of all days we thought we needed to replace our garage door lift in very short order. We were able to talk to them directly and immediately. They answered all our questions over the course of many calls and were able to get us scheduled for installation within 24 hours. In the end it turned out we did not need the new lift and I almost wish we did because I want to support this great local business!
