Charles explained everything in detail as what was going on, as the previous company that installed the new garage door last Spring did not tighten all the bolts, which one snapped off when he tried to tighten it, due to the stress the door had put on the bolt. This previous company also installed a spring that was under rated for the weight of the door, which was causing the door and motor to stress and bind when going up and down over the last year. After I gave Charles the go ahead he installed a new lifetime warrenty spring, new rollers and a bottom seal. <\/div> I called them to get my garage door springs replaced after one snapped. They came on time and explained me the options for the replacement that included warranty years and life of the springs. And after I picked my option they started getting it fixed and took them a couple hours. The options for my springs ranges from about 550$ for the low end, 750 for mid and maybe about 1000$. Also got my lift cables replaced for $100 and was told the rollers might need change eventually. They didn't try to sell me anything but just gave me their thoughts on my old door. I'm not sure if it was expensive or not as have never replaced the springs before but at least the service was good and supporting a local business. Adding to my original post, I got a free tuneup and inspection a couple months later! <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>
