Twins Garage Doors replaced the torsion springs on my 7 year old door after one of the original springs snapped. The technician gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Once on site, he looked over the whole system (door, track, opener, springs, cables, etc), gave me his recommendation (just replace the springs) and a firm quote. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I would call them again without hesitation.

Just got a full garage door and motor replacement and their service was outstanding. From the estimate to the completion of the work. Communication was perfect called and were on time when said they would be there. As a military members they honor a military discount that's always a plus for me. For the door consultation I had the pleasure of working with Maurice. He was fantastic went over all the options for the new door as well as colors, on top of that he is very knowledgeable about what will function best and be the best fit for your budget.On install day Maurice called on time and checked if I was available so he could start the removal of the old door( the white one) and start preparing for the new door. Great communication through the entire process. If you need a new door or anything dealing with your garage I would highly recommend Twins Garage Door.

Our garage door stopped working this week and we couldn't figure out why. I called Twins Garage Doors following a general Google search. A technical was available within hours. Maurice was highly professional and courteous, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We explored the problem, troubleshooted the issue (which turned out to be driven by an electrical snafu that resulted in the cables being disconnected) and within an hour, he had our door back to being operational. Maurice showed me how to care for our door over time as well. Highly recommended and I would gladly call upon Twins again in the future.

A Google search lead me to Twins Garage Door. The 5 star rating and the fact you serve Deerfield made the decision. Maurice called to determine the best time to arrive and drove in the yard at exactly that time. He was able to repair the door, and adjust and lubricate the tracks. He pointed out some cable stretching that may warrant further service. He advised me on how frequently and what product to use to lubricate the tracks. All this, in just one hour. I’m impressed! I will certainly contact Twins Garage Door when I need further service as well as recommend them to friends. Ask for Maurice too.

My garage door spring broke and I scheduled an appointment online right away the next morning. Super simple scheduling, my tech Maurice showed up on time and gave a call to let me know when he would be there, and he repaired it quickly. He also showed me some preventative maintenance I should be doing to keep it running smoothly for years to come. He was very nice and mindful of my cat that likes to squeeze out of the front door if nobody’s watching. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone who runs into trouble.

Charles, thier Senior Technician showed up to diagnose the issues I was having with my new garage door that was installed last spring of a home I recently purchased in November. Charles explained everything in detail as what was going on, as the previous company that installed the new garage door last Spring did not tighten all the bolts, which one snapped off when he tried to tighten it, due to the stress the door had put on the bolt. This previous company also installed a spring that was under rated for the weight of the door, which was causing the door and motor to stress and bind when going up and down over the last year. After I gave Charles the go ahead he installed a new lifetime warrenty spring, new rollers and a bottom seal. All issues are fixed and the garage door operates like it should......nice and smooth 😎 If your looking for a new garage door or repairs look no further than Twin Garage Doors!

Our garage door broke and we were locked out of our garage altogether. I called Twins Garage Doors and they came out the very next day. Our garage door torsion spring broke on Friday night leaving it inoperable. I contacted Twins Garage Doors that night and they were able to come out on Saturday to repair. Nicholas arrived right at the scheduled time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough inspection of all components on the garage door and gave me an estimate with different options and explained each in detail. I approved and he was able to complete the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Once repairs were completed, he went over the work he completed with me and showed me how to properly lubricate the garage door.Would definitely recommend Twins Garage Doors. Very thankful Nicholas was able to come out on a weekend and fix our broken garage door on short notice.

I had a spring break in the morning on the day before the coldest day of the year. I contacted Twins Garage Doors and got a response back within a few minutes explaining their trip charge, which is waived if you have them do the work.The tech called me with his arrival time, which was early in the time window I had been given. He showed up when he said he would, checked everything out, and gave me options for parts and services he recommended.Once I approved the work, it was done in good time and the tech walked me through the recommended lubricating to ensure I get maximum life of the door.This was an excellent experience and I would use them again and recommend to others.

Nicholas came out and fixed my spring, door bracket, cables, and the rollers for my garage door on a Saturday so my car wasn't locked in the garage all weekend! We didn't desperately need to get it out right away but they offered a same day repair, which was really really nice. It didn't take much more than an hour to get it all done, which was also a big surprise. Thanks!!

The spring on our garage broke and it was impossible to raise the door. Charles came and within 2 minutes he saw the problem..
