The AXU model adds Intellicore polyurethane insulation in the rails and stiles, reaching an R-value of 3.8 with insulated glass. Is an aluminum and glass door insulated?
The Avante AXU model has Intellicore polyurethane insulated rails and stiles and reaches R-3.8 when fitted with clear insulated glass. Glass doors will never match a foam-filled steel door for warmth, so we will be straight with you about whether it fits how you use your garage.
What is C-Power technology?
It is Clopay's Click-to-Conceal option: panels that flip between clear and opaque at the tap of a remote. You keep the clean glass look and add privacy exactly when you want it.
